This is a key role within the Razorworks' team and offers the candidate an opportunity to lead the
studio's programming team, developing multiple games titles and proprietary tools. We are looking for
an experienced Technical Manager with a proven track record of proactive management and the motivation
to keep the team current in terms of both technology and efficient working practises.
Responsibilities:
The Technical Manager is responsible for the organisation and management of the programming team
and the timely delivery of all code projects to the required standard;
Liaise with the projects' producers and discipline leads to ensure the code production plans work with
the overall develop plans and identify inter-team dependencies;
Liaise with the projects' producers and discipline leads to report progress;
Advise on the technical feasibility and development timescales of proposed projects;
Oversee system's design and architecture for all projects;
Evaluate potential outsourcer competencies;
Create specifications, schedules and review processes for outsourced work;
Day-to-day management of the programming team ensuring productivity and morale are kept high;
Evaluate middleware solutions;
Liaise with artists, designers and sound engineers to plan and develop tool chains;

This is a key role within the Razorworks' team and offers the candidate an opportunity to lead the studio's
production team, their project management processes and ultimately making a real impact upon the quality and
timely delivery of the team's titles. We are looking for an experienced, creative multi-platform game producer with
an eye for excellence and a proven record of proactive management and quality product delivery.
Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of projects, driving their development and championing them internally;
Proactively managing the design, planning, budget, schedule and final delivery of multiple titles;
Managing and mentoring Producers and Assistant Producers and interfacing directly with the development teams;
Evaluating and managing external teams and freelancers;
Interviewing staff and conducting staff appraisals;
Assisting in the drive to generate new concepts and IP.
Essential Skills:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Producer to help manage projects and drive new
concepts and prototypes. The ideal candidate would be a creative individual with an excellent eye
for detail and a strong management focus.
Responsibilities:
Proactively managing part or all of one or more projects;
Work closely with team leads and members to identify and mitigate risks, and to enable goals to be achieved efficiently;
Project scheduling, tracking and coordination of all areas of development;

We are looking for an experienced video game production artist to assist the animation process on our
forthcoming Wii title. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring animator to make a big impact on a
new and exciting IP. The successful candidate will work with the Lead Animator in a hands-on role, producing
animations from prototype to final game.
Required experience and skills:
To have experience equal to 18 months or 1 published title working as a production animator;
Demonstrate strong character modelling, texturing, rigging and most importantly: animation skills;
Demonstrate strong artistic flare both in 3d and 2d;
Demonstrate low poly modelling abilities;
Demonstrate ability to work well within a team, and to have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent self motivation, time management and organizational abilities;
Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Maya/Max;
Prior experience of the games industry an advantage.

projects. The role is focussed on coding and systems design rather than the management of others. Candidates

Experience in all aspects of game development;
Strong engineering and systems design skills particularly in C++;
